The
Senior ERP Developer will be responsible for design, development, and implementation of ERP solutions
to streamline business processes and drive operational efficiency
The Senior ERP Developer will work closely with business and technology
stakeholders to maintain SLAs for up time and support of business systems.
The ERP Developer will work collaboratively with business and technology
stakeholders to ensure that the support platform enhances business system
capabilities.
This
role is responsible for maintaining the financial systems from a technical
standpoint.
The Senior ERP Developer, in conjunction with the ERP Technical Manager, ERP
Application Analysts and the Technical Lead will maintain and implement help
desk processes and maintain a knowledge store and catalog of systems, SLAs
and Support Plans.

- Design, develop and maintain the ERP
and related application systems that are running the daily operation of VNA
Municipal Water (Utility.) Applications include but are not limited to
PeopleSoft, PowerPlan, Hyperion Planning, Perceptive Content, Oracle FCCS and
Oracle EPBCS.

Participates in and may lead
projects such as ERP patch updates, application implementations, migrations
and other specific projects, Applies agile methodologies including Scrum or
Kanban to facilitate iterative development, continuous improvement and rapid
delivery.
- Work closely with business analysts
and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating
them into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
- Write clean, efficient, and
maintainable code in accordance with best practices and coding standards,
ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of ERP applications.

Integrate ERP solutions with
existing software systems, databases, and third-party applications, ensuring
seamless data flow and interoperability across the organization.

Develop and execute comprehensive
test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance
testing, to validate the functionality and reliability of ERP software.

Create technical documentation,
including system architecture diagrams, design documents, and user manuals,
to support ERP implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams, communicate project status, risks, and issues in a
timely manner, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint
planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
QUALIFICATIONS |

Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science or computer related field from an accredited institution.

5+ years of experience in IT and ERP
Development required,
o
PeopleSoft (PeopleTools, Financials
and Supply Chain) development experience required (Modules Including General
Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing/eProcurement, Inventory, Project
Costing, Expenses (Time Reporting)
·
Oracle Database experience required,
AWS RDS experience preferred
·
PeopleSoft integration experience
required
·
PowerBuilder Experience preferred
·
PowerPlan experience preferred
·
Perceptive Content Experience
preferred
·
Oracle Hyperion/FCCS/EPBCS
experience preferred.
